Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Current Account (CA) Value Growth

  • Manage and grow Current Account balances with a focus on premium and high-value clients
  • Drive value through consistent engagement and product offerings tailored to customer needs

Fee Income Generation

  • Generate revenue from Trade Forex, Retail Banking, and Business Banking relationships
  • Identify and convert cross-sell opportunities for products like CMS, POS, and payment gateway solutions

Cross-Sell & Wealth Management

  • Offer a complete suite of wealth management products including mutual funds (MF), life insurance (LI), general insurance (GI), credit cards (CC), lockers, and Y-SEC
  • Cross-sell based on customer profile, ensuring a solution-oriented approach

Customer Acquisition & Deepening

  • Acquire high-value CASA customers from within group companies and other sources
  • Increase the Customer to Group (CTG) and Product to Group (PTG) ratios through deepening and up-selling initiatives
  • Achieve targets across multiple banking products including CASA, TFX income, BB, CMS, MF, LI, NTB acquisition

Client Servicing & Relationship Management

  • Deliver superior client service standards through regular engagement and prompt resolution
  • Maintain strong relationship rigor across the portfolio to enhance client satisfaction and retention

Product & Process Enhancement

  • Provide feedback to internal teams for product/process improvements based on customer interactions
  • Ensure that the product proposition aligns with the key business requirements of clients

New to Bank Acquisition

  • Leverage references from existing clients to drive NTB (New to Bank) acquisition
  • Build and maintain a robust prospect list with potential conversion into long-term relationships

Business Profiling & Risk Assessment

  • Understand client business models in-depth to extract opportunities and assess risks
  • Position banking value proposition effectively to address specific client business issues

Team Collaboration

  • Work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment, contributing to shared business goals
