Role & Responsibilities

Current Account (CA) Growth

• Responsible for managing and growing CA value across assigned portfolio
• Deepen existing CA-led relationships and drive wallet share expansion

Fee Income Generation

• Generate revenue through Trade Forex, Retail Banking, and Business Banking offerings
• Ensure consistent fee-based income through solution selling

Wealth Management Cross-Sell

• Cross-sell financial products such as mutual funds (MF), life insurance (LI), general insurance (GI), credit cards (CC), Y-SEC, and lockers
• Drive product mix based on customer profiles

Customer Acquisition & Portfolio Expansion

• Acquire high-value CASA clients from internal and external sources
• Improve Customer to Group (CTG) and Product to Group (PTG) ratios

Relationship Deepening & Goal Sheet Achievement

• Drive performance on goal sheet targets across CASA, Trade Forex, BB, CMS, LI, MF, lockers, NTB acquisition, and other key products
• Identify upselling opportunities within the existing portfolio

Client Servicing & Engagement

• Deliver superlative client servicing and maintain relationship rigor
• Act as the single point of contact for key clients ensuring high satisfaction

Product Knowledge & Innovation

• Possess thorough understanding of commercial and transactional banking products
• Collaborate with product teams by sharing client feedback for enhancements

Lead Generation & NTB Acquisition

• Leverage existing relationships for referrals and new client onboarding
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and convert them into long-term clients

Holistic Banking Solutions

• Provide need-based, customized solutions across trade, CMS, POS, payment gateway, doorstep banking, working capital loans, OPDT, and family SA
• Assess client's business nature and identify potential risks and opportunities

Collaboration & Team Play

• Work effectively in cross-functional teams for seamless client delivery
• Support peers and promote a collaborative culture
