Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Current Account Acquisition Manager to join our team at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking and sales, with a proven track record of success in acquiring new customers.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire new current account holders.
Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase retention and cross-selling opportunities.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in banking or sales, preferably in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including current accounts.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
