About The Role

• Plan, prepare and execute recipes across multiple cuisines.
• Support new product development through continuous experimentation and trials.
• Work closely with product and R&D teams to test food preparation with kitchen automation equipment.
• Maintain taste, texture, hygiene and presentation standards consistently.
• Assist in creating standardised recipes (SOPs) with proper measurements and steps.
• Evaluate food quality and document findings for improvement.
  

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts / Hotel Management / Food Science or equivalent.
• 0–1 year of professional experience in a restaurant, cloud kitchen or food R&D setup.
• Good understanding of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Strong sense of taste, ingredients pairing, and flavour balance.
  

• Passionate about cooking and learning new techniques.
• Open to experimentation and constructive feedback.
• Team player with good communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
