Head of R&D is responsible for managing and overseeing all research, product development, and engineering activities to design, develop, and optimize innovative machinery solutions.
Will drive the technological vision of the company, lead the development of new products and systems, and ensure that the R&D team operates at the forefront of industry standards and customer needs and aligning the organizations goals with business imperatives.
B.E. / B.Tech. (Mechanical, Industrial or related field); MBA / M.Tech. equivalent is preferred from a reputed institute with 18+ years of relevant experience within complex manufacturing environment, with at least 8-10 years in senior leadership positions.
