CTO - Large B2C Startup

We are hiring CTO/ Head of Engineering for a leading consumer tech company based in gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the technology roadmap aligned with the company's business goals and market trends.
• Lead and mentor a talented team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Drive product development efforts, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Establish and maintain robust systems and processes for software development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Marketing, and Operations, to deliver integrated solutions.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on our products and services.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices, particularly in the financial services sector.
• Manage technology budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships effectively.
• Act as a technical evangelist, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and forums.
• Continuously assess and optimize our platform's performance, security, and scalability to meet evolving business needs.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 15+ years of experiance
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent business experience preferred.
• Proven track record of leadership in a technology-driven environment

• Extensive experience in software development, architecture, and engineering, with expertise in modern technologies and frameworks.

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with cloud-based technologies, DevOps practices, and agile methodologies.
