CTO - Full Stack Engineer Embodied AI

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Senior Full Stack Web Application Engineer to join our Robotics and Embodied AI team at Wipro Innovation Network (WIN) Labs. In this role, you will design, develop, and manage web-based applications for a range of AI and robotics applications developed in-house. The role requires equal focus on both frontend and backend development, working collaboratively with the Robotics and Cloud engineering teams to deliver holistic solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy secure, scalable, and high-performing web applications for robotics and embodied AI solutions.
• Create intuitive and user-friendly experiences based on requirements, translating them into functional user interfaces.
• Develop server-side logic, APIs, and database structures capable of handling large datasets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding robotics, AI, and cloud engineersto define application requirements, design features, and deliver solutions aligned with team objectives.
• Implement best practices for privacy protection, data management, security, database design, and API integration.
• Stay current with emerging trends in programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Angular, JavaScript, Python, Node.js, React).
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to deliver high-quality software.
• Monitor and manage resources to ensure efficient operation and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain comprehensive and clear documentation for code, APIs, and development processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Web Application Developer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both frontend and backend development and management of web applications.
• 46 years of relevant experience in web application development.
• Expertise in modern frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or equivalent, along with related libraries and build systems. New projects may use any suitable modern framework based on technology fit.
• Proficiency in UI/UX design and prototyping, with experience using tools such as Figma and Streamlit
• Experience with Python and backend frameworks such as FastAPI (current stack), Node.js, or similar.
• Strong database management skills with both SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and others.
• Knowledge of API gateways, identity and access management (IAM), cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP), and DevOps practices including continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
