Serve Humanity Serve God Charitable Trust is a Mohali-based welfare trust dedicated to improving lives through compassion and service. We are driven by the passion to serve the needy and disadvantaged, creating a new world of hope and opportunities for everyone. Founded by a group of like-minded friends in 2016, our trust continues to bring positive change through care, treatment, medicines, equipment, education, food, housing, and disaster and flood relief efforts, including Punjab Flood Relief 2025.

The CSR Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring that Serve Humanity Serve God NGO not only operates with the highest standards of social, ethical, and environmental responsibility but also strategically engages with external corporate partners who seek to fulfill their own Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) commitments through impactful collaboration. This role involves developing, implementing, and overseeing strategies that align our operations, programs, and partnerships with our core values and spiritual mission, while also positioning us as a preferred partner for corporations dedicated to ethical and sustainable practices.

Job Description:

• Strategy and policy development: Create and execute CSR strategies that align with the company's mission, values, and business goals. Develop policies for ethical labor, sustainability, and corporate governance.
• Program and initiative management: Implement programs related to community development, environmental sustainability, employee volunteering, and philanthropic efforts.
• Stakeholder engagement: Collaborate with and engage internal stakeholders across departments and external stakeholders like NGOs, community leaders, and government bodies.
• Reporting and compliance: Monitor and report on the social and environmental impact of the company's initiatives. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Budget and partnership management: Manage CSR budgets and identify and build partnerships with organizations that can help achieve social impact goals.
• Communication and promotion: Promote CSR activities and initiatives both internally and externally through content creation and by representing the company at events.
