The organization conducts welfare projects for privileged and underprivileged women through collaborations with individuals, corporates, and educational institutions. Our mission is to drive meaningful change and support women's development through philanthropic initiatives.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Coimbatore for a CSR Lead Manager

Strategic Planning & Development

• Develop and execute CSR strategies that align with the NGO’s vision.
• Identify opportunities for partnerships with corporations, foundations, and government bodies.
• Prepare annual CSR plans, budgets, and KPIs.

Partnerships & Fundraising

• Build strong relationships with corporate CSR teams, philanthropic organizations, and key stakeholders.
• Negotiate MoUs, funding agreements, and sponsorships.
• Represent the NGO at conferences, CSR forums, and networking events.

Program Management

• Oversee CSR-funded projects: planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Ensure programs meet compliance standards and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate gender-focused approaches across initiatives.

Monitoring & Reporting

• Track program impact through qualitative and quantitative metrics.
• Prepare detailed CSR reports, presentations, and success stories for stakeholders.
• Ensure transparency and accountability in all CSR operations.
