Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a CSR Fundraiser based in North Delhi. The CSR Fundraiser will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to raise funds for various programs, building relationships with donors, organizing fundraising events, and managing fundraising campaigns. Additional tasks include researching potential donors, preparing fundraising proposals, and maintaining accurate records of contributions. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in fundraising, donor relations, and campaign management Strong research and organizational skills Ability to create compelling fundraising proposals and pitch presentations Proven track record of successful fundraising activities Ability to work independently and within a team Familiarity with CRM software and fundraising tools Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field Show more Show less
