Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Success Representative (CSR) to support our teleradiology services. The CSR will handle calls from clients and radiologists, help to resolve issues related to scans or reports, and ensure smooth communication between Radiologist & Clients. Good communication and problem-solving skills, along with a calm and professional attitude, are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
Ø H.S.C Passed or Graduate.
Ø Rotational Week Off and Rotational Shift.
Ø Comfortable to work in Night Shift. (Male).
Ø Experienced in BPO will be welcome, Freshers can also apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
