Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with prior BPO experience (voice and/or chat). The role requires excellent communication skills to handle customer queries, provide resolutions over calls/chats, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound calls and chat support professionally.
• Resolve customer queries related to services and products.
• Maintain high-quality communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Update CRM/portals with accurate information after every interaction.
• Meet daily/weekly performance targets (TAT, CSAT, SLA).
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or pursuing graduation in any stream.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of BPO/call center experience (voice/chat).
• Excellent verbal and written communication (English & Hindi).
• Basic computer knowledge & typing skills.
• Customer-centric with patience and problem-solving ability.
• Female candidates preferred.
