Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team at our Dadar office. If you have a passion for helping customers and are interested in the telecommunications or travel industry, we'd love to hear from you! Freshers are welcome to apply as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with inquiries related to SIM card activation, usage, and troubleshooting.

Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries through chat, email, phone, and social media channels.

Deliver clear, accurate, and customer-focused solutions to enhance the overall user experience.

Maintain flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in customer service (experience in telecommunications or travel-related sectors preferred).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.

Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.

Location & Work Details

Location: Work from Office – Dadar West, Mumbai

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days)

Selection Process:

We are conducting walk-in interviews at our Dadar office starting from 24th September. Interested candidates are requested to visit between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
