CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXXECUTIVE
Location: Kochi
Experience: 0–3 years
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

  • Graduate in Business / Commerce or related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in client handling / account management (freshers with strong communication are welcome).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint for reports and presentations.
  • Problem-solving mindset with adaptability to dynamic business needs.
  • Ability to take ownership and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring long-term trust and engagement.
  • Conduct regular calls with business owners to track strategy execution.
  • Spot execution gaps or delays and help clients with solutions.
  • Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams for smooth workflows.
  • Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success Manager and internal teams to drive satisfaction.
  • Take ownership of accounts with proactive follow-ups and performance tracking.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed KPIs and success goals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
