Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Associate (CSA) located in Port Blair. The CSA will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining a professional telephone manner, and addressing customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently. Daily tasks include handling phone calls, assisting customers with their concerns, providing accurate information, and ensuring overall positive customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills

Handle billing and POS systems

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Customer Support and Telephone Manner skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and calmness
• Relevant experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Assist with order taking and counter operations
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams
