Guest Service Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Operate and manage the live food counter efficiently, ensuring food is prepared and served fresh.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness at the counter as per food safety standards.
• Take customer orders accurately and ensure timely service.
• Handle billing and assist with cash/card transactions when required.
• Refill food items and stock supplies as needed during operations.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely preparation and replenishment of items.
• Address customer queries, feedback, or complaints with a helpful attitude.
• Ensure product display is appealing and maintains brand standards.
• Follow all company policies and procedures related to food handling and guest service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
