Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Trainee role based in Ahmedabad. The Trainee will assist in various corporate advisory services, such as regulatory filings, cosec filings , listed regularions andresesrch on global regulations including exposure to IPO and other allied aspects of compliances in FEMA.

• Strong knowledge or experience in Legal Compliance and Regulatory Filings
• Familiarity with CompaniesAct SEBI ICDR LODR
• and Taxation Services
• Proficiency in research and data analysis

• CS Intermediate Qualified or Professional Pursuing or Qualified
