With a team size of 14+ qualified CS professionals, the firm handles a diverse range of projects including fund raising, IPO, FPO consulting, back end investment banking services, drafting, contract management, and routine CS work for both listed and unlisted companies. Key Responsibilities: - Handling various tasks for clients such as right issue, preferential allotment, conversions, complex CCD, NCD, OCD, corporate restructuring, M&A activities, and compliance with RBI and allied regulations. - Managing cross border transactions in the listed space with countries like Singapore and the USA. - Assisting in corporate setup and compliance for global companies. Qualifications Required: - Interns: Minimum of 4 positions available. - Qualified CS professionals: 2 positions available with a maximum experience of 1-4 years.
