Vacancy for CS Professionals & CS Trainees at Identize Corporate Advisors LLP

We are consulting firm which handles advisory and consultancy services for listed companies in fund raising, IPO, FPO consulting and back end investment banking services including drafting and contract management along with routine CS work for listed and unlisted space.

We have team size of 14+ qualified CS on board for our projects which handles all kind of work for our clients e.g. right issue, preferential, conversions, complex CCD, NCD, OCD, corporate restructuring, M&A activities, RBI and allied regulations with cross border transactions in listed space with cross border countries.

We have our presence in Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Singapore and USA and cater to compliance domain for these global companies including setup.

We are actively seeking qualified and Intern CS professionals for our firm to align for our client works and be part of our fantastic 14 people team.
