We are looking for smart candidate for Crossword executive Role who can handle crossword of Book all across - Books.
This role is responsible for defining our assortment strategy across 100+ stores and our fast-growing Organisation
You'll work at the intersection of trend spotting, customer behaviour, and business growth, managing one of the most loved Categories of Enlightenment /life & spirituality books .
If you've worked in retail buying, category management, or merchandising-especially in Books, publishing and other educational products and know how to curate great product stories while hitting numbers, we'd love to meet you.

- Own the end-to-end buying & merchandising strategy for the Books category.
- Build partnerships with publishers, distributors, authors, and content creators.
- Negotiate commercial terms, trade margins, and exclusive deals.
- Drive category-level performance: sales, margin, inventory turns, and promotions.
- Work closely with Marketing to plan campaigns, festivals, and retail activations.
- Monitor industry trends, content releases, gifting cycles, and consumer behavior.
- Manage assistants across sourcing, stock planning, and execution.
- Compensation + performance bonuses.
- High visibility in shaping a national brand's growth.
