Job Description:

Lumosique Consumer Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a results-driven CRO Specialist (Shopify) to optimize our eCommerce performance. The ideal candidate will focus on improving website conversion rates, customer journey, and overall shopping experience on Shopify.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize Shopify store conversion rates (homepage, PDP, checkout, funnels)
• Analyze user behavior using tools like Google Analytics, heatmaps, and funnels
• Plan and execute A/B testing for layouts, CTAs, product pages, and landing pages
• Improve website UX/UI to increase sales, retention, and average order value (AOV)
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams
• Track and report performance metrics with actionable insights
• Optimize mobile and desktop shopping experience
• Implement CRO strategies for campaigns, offers, and product launches

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in CRO for Shopify-based stores
• Strong understanding of eCommerce funnels and buyer psychology
• Hands-on experience with Shopify themes, apps, and integrations
• Experience with analytics, heatmaps, and testing tools
• Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills
