Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • P&L accountability:

    Build and drive achievement of a bottoms-up annual operating plans, and top-down strategic targets.
  • Organisational Design:

    Identify organizational capability gaps, drive

    leadership hiring

    and

    ownership of

    roles & responsibilities across the organisation.
  • Successful IPO:

    Lead the company's IPO journey, driving milestones, timelines, and ownership across functions.
  • Partner with technology and product leadership

    : Shape the

    product and technology vision

    based on customer needs and market trends.

Sales, Marketing & Customer Success

  • Go to market strategy:

    Create and execute GTM strategies across product lines and customer segments (enterprise, SMB, D2C).
  • Customer Success:

    Drive customer retention, satisfaction, and product penetration through upsell, cross-sell, and cloud migration strategies.

Transformation & Reporting

  • Transition finance from operational to

    strategic value creation

    enhance governance and board transparency.
  • Evaluate and implement

    ERP improvements

    to enable real-time tracking of performance.
  • Define and drive

    pricing strategies

    based on market dynamics and cost structures.
  • Embed a strong

    cost efficiency and RoI mindset

    across the organization.

The Successful Applicant

Candidate Profile - Required Qualifications/ Characteristics

  • 15+ of progressive leadership experience, ideally across

    finance, strategy, operations, and business leadership

    roles.
  • Good-to-have:

    5-7 of experience with BCG, Bain or McKinsey [Tech] Consulting.
  • Proven experience leading

    cross-functional teams

    and driving measurable business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success in

    IPO readiness

    ,

    organizational transformation

    , or

    scaling businesses

    in the technology sector.
  • Strong

    strategic thinker

    who can simultaneously

    roll up sleeves

    and drive execution.
  • Strong

    communication skills

    with Board and CXO level stakeholders.
