We are now expanding our wellness offerings and seeking a passionate Yoga Instructor cum CRM to join our dynamic team.

Job Overview

This dual role requires a qualified yoga instructor who is also adept at managing client relationships. You will lead yoga sessions and also act as the main point of contact for members, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Yoga Instruction:

• Conduct daily group and/or personal yoga sessions (Hatha, Vinyasa, Power Yoga, etc.)

• Modify postures to accommodate students with varying levels of experience or physical ability

• Promote mental well-being and mindfulness during classes

• Educate clients on the benefits of yoga and healthy lifestyle practices

• Maintain a safe, clean, and peaceful studio environment

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Handle client queries, concerns, and feedback professionally

• Maintain records of class attendance, client preferences, and progress

• Support membership sales by promoting classes and services

• Coordinate with other staff to ensure smooth operations and scheduling

• Conduct follow-up calls/messages for member engagement and retention

Qualifications & Skills

• Certification in Yoga (from a recognized institute)

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Yoga Instructor

• Prior experience or strong interest in CRM, customer service, or client handling

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer proficiency (CRM software, Excel, etc.)

• Empathetic, disciplined, and a team player
