Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Own delivery of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Lead solution design, architecture, and integrations (Power Platform, Azure, external systems).
Manage and mentor cross-functional teams of consultants and developers.
Drive adoption, training, governance, and data quality standards.
Partner with stakeholders and leadership on roadmap, strategy, and innovation.
Oversee project execution with focus on quality, timelines, and budget.

Qualifications:

10+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE, with proven techno-functional and leadership expertise.
Strong knowledge of sales, service, and marketing processes within Dynamics 365.
Experience in large-scale implementations, solution architecture, and integrations.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
