CRM Senior - Technical

As a MSD CRM Senior at EY, you will be responsible for utilizing your deep hands-on knowledge of D365 CRM Configuration and customization within multiple CRM modules (Sales, Service, and Marketing) to design the next generation digital architecture for CRM engagements. Your key responsibilities will include: - Analyzing and designing phases of projects - Collaborating with client teams to understand business requirements and translate them into solutions - Participating in application design sessions and making solution recommendations - Demonstrating a deep understanding of Integration & Data Migration methods/tools within D365 CRM - Configuring and customizing CRM applications effectively - Developing CRM Applications using .NetPlugins/ASP.Net extensions - Ensuring that the design aligns with business requirements - Working cooperatively in a team environment - Remaining flexible on changing workloads In terms of your people responsibilities, you will be expected to: - Foster teamwork and lead by example - Build a quality culture within the team - Train and mentor project resources - Participate in organization-wide people initiatives Key Skills Required: - Minimum 3-7 years of CRM Configuration & Customization experience - Hands-on development experience writing plugins - Experience in large transformation programs in onshore-offshore delivery model - Client-facing engagement experience - Completion of at least one end-to-end implementation with integration - Design and coding experience in Visual Studio, C#, and IIS-Dynamics CRM - Agile delivery and deployment experience - Familiarity with relational database concepts and SQL - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - BE/B.Tech./MCA/MBA with sound industry experience Preferred Skills: - CRM Configuration & Customization (Plugins, etc.) - D365 CRM Certified Join EY to contribute to building a better working world and helping to create long-term value for clients, people, and society.
