CRM Senior - Technical

Role Overview: As a MSD CRM Senior at EY, you will be a D365 CRM Technical Architect with a deep hands-on knowledge of D365 CRM Configuration, customization within multiple CRM modules (Sales, Service, and Marketing) and integration. Your role will involve working on CRM engagements to design the next generation digital architecture, collaborating with client teams to understand business requirements, and translating them into solutions. You will also be responsible for developing CRM applications using .Net Plugins/ASP.Net extensions and ensuring that the design aligns with the business requirements. Additionally, you will work cooperatively in a team environment and remain flexible on changing workloads. Key Responsibilities: - Work on CRM engagements to design the next generation digital architecture - Analyze and design phases of a project - Collaborate with client teams to understand business requirements and translate them into solutions - Participate in application design sessions and make solution recommendations - Have a deep understanding of Integration & Data Migration methods/tools within D365 CRM - Configure and customize CRM applications - Develop CRM Applications using .Net Plugins/ASP.Net extensions - Ensure design is in line with business requirements - Foster teamwork and lead by example - Train and mentor project resources - Participate in organization-wide people initiatives Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3-7 years of CRM Configuration & Customization experience - Hands-on development experience writing plugins - Experience working on large transformation programs in onshore-offshore delivery model - Experience working on client-facing engagements - Completed at least one end-to-end implementation with integration - Design and coding experience in skills viz. (Visual Studio, C# and IIS-Dynamics CRM) - Experience in agile delivery and deployment, continuous integration and build processes - Familiarity with relational database concepts and SQL - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work creatively in a problem-solving environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - BE/B.Tech./MCA/MBA with sound industry experience Note: EY exists to build a better working world, helping to create long-term value for clients, people, and society, and build trust in the capital markets.
