🔶 Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused

Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

who can manage client interactions, coordinate site visits, ensure timely follow-ups, and provide exceptional service throughout the pre-sales and post-sales journey.

🔶 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound client queries related to ongoing PROPKARMAA projects.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on site visits.
  • Maintain accurate client data and follow-up records in the CRM system.
  • Assist clients throughout booking, documentation, and post-sales processes.
  • Build strong relationships to generate referrals and repeat clients.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and documentation teams to ensure smooth client servicing.
  • Resolve client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

🔶 Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate (mandatory).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong follow-up ability and customer-handling skills.
  • Good understanding of real estate projects, market trends, and customer expectations.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client interactions simultaneously.
  • Pleasant personality and customer-first approach.
  • Experience with CRM software is an added advantage.
