Key Responsibilities: - Manage inbound and outbound client queries regarding ongoing PROPKARMAA projects. - Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options. - Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on site visits efficiently. - Maintain accurate client data and follow-up records in the CRM system. - Assist clients through booking, documentation, and post-sales processes. - Develop strong relationships to generate referrals and repeat clients. - Collaborate with sales, operations, and documentation teams for seamless client servicing. - Address client concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Requirements: - 13 years of experience in Real Estate is mandatory. - Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong follow-up ability and effective customer-handling skills. - Good understanding of real estate projects, market trends, and customer expectations. - Ability to multitask and manage multiple client interactions simultaneously. - Pleasant personality with a customer-first approach. - Experience with CRM software is an added advantage.
