Job Description

We have a senior position opening for CRM. The requirement is for Gujarat and Mumbai locations. 1. Build / manage customer relationships to facilitate business growth / sustenance 2. Commercial acumen with high focus on the customer profitability ensuring nil revenue leakages 3. Ensure adherence to budgeted revenue and profitability 4. Ensure high level of communication ensuring immediate addressal of customer queries / requirements / complaints 5. Focus on value addition in collaboration with Operations and other key stakeholders within the company (Quality/ IT/ Solutions etc) 6. Focus on the business opportunities available with the customer to improve the wallet share by upselling and cross-selling 7. Participation in the customer reviews and ensure high level of customer engagement.
