As an experienced Project Manager with a strong technology background, your role will involve leading the delivery of large-scale development projects, specifically focusing on CRM implementations. You will be responsible for managing complex, cross-functional technology initiatives to ensure timely delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, and adherence to budget and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - **Project Planning:** Develop and manage detailed project plans, allocate resources effectively, and ensure timely delivery within budget. - **Team Management:** Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, business analysts, and external vendors to drive project success. - **CRM Implementation:** Oversee the end-to-end implementation of CRM solutions (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics), aligning system capabilities with business needs. - **Risk Management:** Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and contingency strategies. - **Stakeholder Management:** Maintain regular communication with project sponsors, business users, and senior leadership to report progress, manage expectations, and handle change requests. - **Quality Assurance:** Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards through ongoing reviews, documentation checks, and testing oversight. - **Budgeting and Cost Control:** Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring accurate tracking of expenses and managing variances proactively. Qualifications Required: - **Education:** Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - **Experience:** 7-10 years of project management experience, with a focus on technology-driven projects, preferably involving CRM platforms. - **Certifications:** PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
