About The Role

We are seeking an experienced

Project Manager with a strong technology background

to lead the delivery of

large-scale development projects

, specifically focusing on

CRM implementations

. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional technology initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, and adherence to budget and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning: Develop and manage detailed project plans, allocate resources effectively, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
  • Team Management: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, business analysts, and external vendors to drive project success.
  • CRM Implementation: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of CRM solutions (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics), aligning system capabilities with business needs.
  • Risk Management: Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and contingency strategies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain regular communication with project sponsors, business users, and senior leadership to report progress, manage expectations, and handle change requests.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards through ongoing reviews, documentation checks, and testing oversight.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring accurate tracking of expenses and managing variances proactively.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 710 years of project management experience, with a focus on technology-driven projects, preferably involving CRM platforms.
  • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
  • Skills:
    • Expertise in project management methodologies: Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid.
    • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
    • Solid understanding of SDLC, software deployment processes, and QA practices.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, drive decisions, and deliver under pressure in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Nice To Have

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Understanding of DevOps tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, CI/CD pipelines).
  • Background in business analysis, including requirements gathering and functional documentation.
