Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with all clients and share regular updates regarding the dispatch and movement of their orders. Share daily updates with clients regarding the status of their orders across platforms. Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders. Track and confirm the receipt of orders from all marketplaces with the warehouse team. Respond to emails received from marketplace platforms after confirming the details with the warehouse. Call clients who have abandoned their carts and attempt to convert these into successful purchases. Technical Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in retail software and reporting tools. Ability to analyze data and drive decision-making. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
