Job description Qualification: MSW Experience: 4to 8years Industry : Textile Updating Basic Details of New joiners for uploading in software. Updating Employee Personal files with required documents. Verification of Daily OT hrs. with projected & actuals. Employment Monitoring and Supervision on Welfare activities; Canteen, Floor round, Dispensary. Handling Industrial Relation, employee's Grievances. Facilitate and drive reward, Suggestion scheme Appreciation., Facilitate Arrange Committee meetings; Works Committee, Safety committee, Canteen committee, Grievance committee meetings. Industrial relation and personal management. Prepare and implement various letters formats registers as per needs.
