CRM Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Executive to manage and enhance our customer relationship management processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer engagement, optimizing CRM campaigns, and ensuring our customer data is accurate and actionable. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy data-driven decision-making, marketing automation, and enhancing customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the CRM database to ensure accuracy, segmentation, and effective utilization.
• Plan, execute, and optimize email, SMS, and digital CRM campaigns.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends, improve customer experience, and support marketing strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular CRM reports (engagement, retention, conversions).
• Develop and refine customer journeys, automated workflows, and personalized communication strategies.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support teams to enhance customer lifecycle activities.
• Support customer retention initiatives and loyalty programs.
• Ensure data management practices follow privacy and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with customer data.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, or similar analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of customer lifecycle management and marketing automation.
