Roles and Responsibilities
1. Receiving phone calls inquires answering as per SOP2. scheduling appointments for the clients basis availability3. Interact with clients answer calls4. Prepare bills & manage the cash5. Manage petty cash & prepare cash vouchers6. Preparing daily reports - Closing Report and Stock Report7. Responsible for daily Cash8. Good typing speed9. To update all the information on CRM software10. Good Computer knowledge11. Calling clients to inform them about a special scheme12. Calling Leads received through various platforms and entering in CRM software.
