Sikka Group is a leading real estate developer dedicated to delivering excellence in residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive CRM Executive / Sr. CRM Executive to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely collection of payments and send reminders as required.
• Manage customer interactions and provide a seamless post-sales experience.
• Address client queries, concerns, and follow-ups promptly and professionally.
• Maintain and update CRM software (Pinga) with accurate customer data.
• Coordinate with Sales, Legal, and Accounts teams for documentation and process completion.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and problem-solving.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2–7 years of experience in CRM or customer service within the real estate industry.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (preferably Pinga) and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and resolve issues efficiently.
• Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
