As a CRM Executive/Sr. Executive at Sikka Group, you will play a vital role in managing customer interactions and ensuring a seamless post-sales experience. Your responsibilities will include addressing client queries, concerns, and follow-ups efficiently, as well as maintaining and updating CRM software (Pinga) with customer data. You will collaborate with sales, legal, and accounts teams for document processing and work towards enhancing customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Manage customer interactions for a smooth post-sales experience. - Address client queries, concerns, and follow-ups efficiently. - Maintain and update CRM software (Pinga) with customer data. - Coordinate with sales, legal, and accounts teams for document processing. - Enhance customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement. Qualifications & Skills: - Minimum 2-7 years of experience in CRM and customer service in real estate. - Strong communication, relationship management, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in CRM software (preferably Pinga) and MS Office. - Ability to handle multiple clients and resolve issues promptly. - Customer-centric and problem-solving approach.
