As a CRM Executive/Sr. Executive at Sikka Group, you will play a vital role in managing customer interactions and ensuring a seamless post-sales experience. You will collaborate with sales, legal, and accounts teams for document processing and work towards enhancing customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Manage customer interactions for a smooth post-sales experience. - Address client queries, concerns, and follow-ups efficiently. - Maintain and update CRM software (Pinga) with customer data. - Coordinate with sales, legal, and accounts teams for document processing. - Enhance customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.
