Job Description

To manage and enhance the post-sales customer experience by ensuring timely communication, proper documentation, payment follow-up, and coordination between departments for a seamless possession process.

Note: Need local candidates in hyderabad and Immidiate Joinners only

Key Responsibilities:

We need candidates 1 to 3 years experience in Real Estate in CRM

    • Welcome new clients post-booking and explain the documentation and payment process.

    • Ensure collection of required documents and initiate agreement drafting and execution.

    • Serve as the single point of contact for customers post-booking until handover.

    • Respond promptly to customer queries related to project updates, payment status, construction progress, etc.

    • Regularly update customers about their payment schedules, milestones, and project status.

    • Coordinate with the legal team for Sale Agreements, Sale Deeds, and RERA-related documentation.

    • Maintain updated records of agreements, receipts, NOCs, and possession letters.

    • Follow up on payment dues in coordination with the accounts/finance department.

    • Send reminders, demand letters, and manage late payment charges or approvals for deferrals.

    • Liaise with internal departments (Sales, Projects, Legal, Finance) to resolve customer issues quickly.

    • Schedule and coordinate customer site visits, handover meetings, and customization requests.

    • Address and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.

    • Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage referrals and maintain a strong brand image.

    • Update and maintain customer data in the CRM system.

    • Generate and analyze customer service and collection reports periodically.

Key Skills Required:

Fluent in English , Telugu and Hindi

  • In-depth knowledge of

    real estate post-sales processes.

  • Experience with CRM tools with real estate .

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and documentation handling.

  • Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
