* Develop and implement CRM strategies to strengthen customer relationships.
* Create and manage loyalty programs to boost retention and repeat business.
* Define and track KPIs to measure CRM and loyalty program effectiveness.

* 2-3 years of experience in CRM and Post-graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
