At Nibav Lifts, we design and deliver world-class home elevators with a focus on aesthetics, safety, and convenience. With rapid growth across India, we are looking for enthusiastic CRM Executives who can ensure customer satisfaction, handle client interactions, and build long-term relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel.

· Contact clients via calls, emails, or meetings to ensure they are satisfied with purchased products/services.

· Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.

· Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.

· Alerting the sales team regarding opportunities for further sales within key clients.

· Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.

· Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing those.

· Follow-up with clients for an annual maintenance contract.

· Payment collections as per schedule.

· Weekly/monthly/quarterly report generation based on the KPIs.

Requirements:

· 1 to 4 years of experience (internship in relevant domain is an added advantage).

· Excellent communication skills in English and one regional language (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada).

· Good relationship management and networking skills.

· Pleasing personality with the ability to understand client needs and execute the same.

· Enjoys working in a highly charged environment.

· Well-versed in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· A team player with leadership skills.

· Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.

Preferred Criteria

· Immediate joiners or short notice period.

· Experience in handling client accounts or renewals is a plus.
