Plyneer is one of India’s fastest-growing brands in Plywood, Laminates, MDF, and Veneers. With multiple outlets across Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Coimbatore, and Pune, we are looking for energetic professionals to drive customer engagement and walk-ins.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve a 10% customer walk-in rate per month, from 3,000–4,000 leads allocated across outlets.
• Engage with customers at Head Office, Warehouse, and IBO outlets, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
• Educate customers about Plyneer’s product range and assist them in selecting the right solutions.
• Update inquiries and customer interactions in Zoho CRM and ensure timely follow-ups with the sales team.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
• Collaborate with marketing to drive campaigns that increase walk-ins.

Outlet Presence

• Bangalore – 12 outlets (Yelahanka, Sarjapur, RR Nagar, Vijayanagar, Tumkur, Varthur, Chandapura, Nelamangala, Jakkur, Hennur, Nallurahalli, Hesarghatta Road)
• Hyderabad – 5 outlets (Attapur, Bachupally, Boduppal + 2 upcoming)
• Chennai – 2 outlets (Kattupakam, OMR Padur)
• Coimbatore – 1 outlet (Saravanampatti)
• Pune – 1 outlet (Moshi)

Performance & Benefits

• Target: 10% walk-in conversion (as per outlet allocation).

Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline).
• Experience: 0–2 years in Customer Relations / Sales / Marketing (Freshers welcome).
• Skills:
• Strong communication in English & regional languages
• Customer handling & sales orientation
• CRM knowledge (Zoho preferred)
• Confident, persuasive, and proactive personality
• Basic MS Office & digital tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
