Company Description Zolex, a division of Zeeta Electricals Engineering Pvt. Ltd, operates a state-of-the-art production facility equipped with automatic and semi-automatic power presses to produce copper lugs, connectors, cable glands, and SS cable ties. We serve a diverse customer base spanning over 25 countries, including regions in the Middle-East, South Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Russia, the USA, and various European countries. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a CRM Executive. The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Daily tasks include analyzing customer data, developing strategies for customer retention, and improving customer experience. The role involves constant communication with customers and internal sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and experience in data-driven decision making Proven experience in Customer Retention and Customer Experience management Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal Sales acumen and the ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams Self-motivated and able to work independently Experience in CRM systems and software is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
