CRM Executive motor insurance

As a Client Coordinator in the motor insurance sector, your role involves coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth insurance process. Your key responsibilities and accountabilities include: - Collecting and documenting client requirements from the sales team to initiate the motor insurance process. - Acting as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams for seamless coordination. - Forwarding client requirements to the Motor Insurance Quotation Team and sharing insurance quotations with clients. - Collecting relevant documents from clients for policy issuance and forwarding them to underwriters. - Arranging necessary documents for processing in the Motor Policy Shared Pool and sharing final policy documents with clients. - Ensuring correct processing of receipt vouchers and forwarding them to the Accounts Department. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be responsible for administrative tasks such as: - Proper documentation of all client interactions and transactions in the CRM system. - Maintaining updated records of issued policies, quotations, and receipts. - Collaborating with the Motor Insurance Policy Issuance and Quotation Teams to enhance workflow efficiency. Your skills and competencies should include: - Strong understanding of motor insurance covers and factors affecting rates. - Thorough knowledge of FAQs related to insurance. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection handling skills for managing client and internal team interactions. - Efficiency in organizational and multitasking skills to deal with multiple teams for each query. - Proficiency in CRM software, insurance policy management systems, and MS Office applications. - Strong problem-solving skills and effective customer inquiry handling. - Knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance requirements is an advantage.,
