Roles and Responsibilities
1. Receiving phone calls and answering as per SOP
2. scheduling appointments for the clients basis availability3. Interact with clients answer calls4. Manage petty cash & prepare cash vouchers5. Preparing daily reports - Closing Report6. Making frequent calls through IVR and booking appointments.7. Good typing speed8. To update all the information on CRM software9. Good Computer knowledge11. Calling clients to inform them about a special schemes/discounts/offers
12. Calling leads received through various platforms and entering them in CRM software.
Requirement :

Preference to Candidates having prior work experience with premium skin clinics/spas/health clubs/salons
