As our customer base expands, we’re looking for a dedicated CRM Executive to manage our customer relationships and digital communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Management: Follow up with leads from WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls, and walk-in inquiries.
• CRM Tracking: Maintain proper records of leads, customer interactions, and follow-up status.
• Social Media Coordination: Respond to Instagram DMs/comments and assist with post scheduling and basic content support.
• Phone Call Handling: Attend calls, explain product details, and resolve customer queries professionally.
• WhatsApp Business Handling: Engage actively with customers via WhatsApp, share product details, offers, and ensure timely replies.
• Customer Support: Create a friendly and helpful communication environment to retain and convert leads.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Any graduate (Freshers can apply)
• Fluent in Malayalam and English (Hindi is a plus)
• Comfortable using Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and basic mobile tools
• Good communication, follow-up, and time management skills
• Friendly, polite, and customer-focused attitude

Job Details:

• Job Title: CRM Executive
• Location: Dharmadom, Kannur (Onsite only)
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Shift: 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
• Start Date: Immediate
