As our customer base expands, we’re looking for a dedicated CRM Executive to manage our customer relationships and digital communication channels. What opportunities do we provide? CRM Tracking : Maintain proper records of leads, customer interactions, and follow-up status. Social Media Coordination : Respond to Instagram DMs/comments and assist with post scheduling and basic content support. Phone Call Handling : Attend calls, explain product details, and resolve customer queries professionally. WhatsApp Business Handling : Engage actively with customers via WhatsApp, share product details, offers, and ensure timely replies. Customer Support : Create a friendly and helpful communication environment to retain and convert leads.
