Role Overview: As a CRM executive, your primary responsibility is to meet revenue targets by managing enquiries, generating leads, participating in tenders/RFP/RFQ, managing client relationships, ensuring necessary communication, and follow-up for surveillance and recertification audits. You will also provide support, coordination, and assistance to other employees. Key Responsibilities: - Attend to enquiries received through phone calls, social media, text messages, or email. - Reply with basic information about the company and request potential clients to fill out an online application form. - Coordinate with the manager to generate proposals and send them to potential clients upon receipt of the online application form. - Update the CRM software Effivity in real time. - Schedule online meetings with potential clients and participate in them. - Attend on-site meetings in the client's office if required. - Follow up regularly to close deals once the proposal is submitted. - Prepare necessary submissions as per RFP/RFQ/Vendor accreditation requirements. - Generate invoices and issue receipts as per manager's instructions. - Update monthly business summary report on the 1st of each month. - Work on lead generation strategies and convert leads into prospects. - Send communication to clients for upcoming annual surveillance or re-certification audits. - Update surveillance/recertification performance report each month. - Ensure effective coordination with internal/external stakeholders for timely delivery of certificates to clients. - Update the database of all clients at the end of each month. - Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with clients and their employees by acknowledging special days, festivals, etc. - Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager to support sales, business development, and customer relationship functions. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree is required. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales is required.
