Job Description

As a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) at Ekana Sportz City Pvt.Ltd., your role involves managing customer service operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to customers within specified standards. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading a team to handle customer service operations and escalations effectively - Managing relationships with customers in the real estate industry - Providing after-sales service and addressing customer complaints - Understanding client requirements and offering suitable product selections - Building and maintaining positive relationships with channel partners and customers for business growth and resolution of queries and complaints - Handling customer emails and letters promptly and professionally To qualify for this position, you should have: - A Post Graduate qualification with 8 to 10 years of experience in the Real Estate industry - Proficiency in MS Office/Excel - Strong communication and interpersonal skills The offered CTC (Cost to Company) for this role is negotiable within the range of 60K to 70K. This is a full-time position based in Lucknow. Please note that a Bachelor's degree is preferred, and a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer relationship management in the real estate sector is required for this role.,
