Job Description

As a CRM & Data Lead at Chanel, your role will involve managing and implementing CRM projects, data, and tools to enhance the omnichannel client experience. You will work closely with various teams to optimize the client journey and ensure seamless execution of CRM campaigns across all touchpoints. Collaboration, project management, and communication skills are essential for your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Drive a client-centric culture within all boutiques across 3-Divisions to enhance client engagement and sophisticated client experience - Partner with local retail, marketing, and boutique teams to execute client strategy and development - Lead CRM campaigns across 3 divisions, including targeting, assets, and planning - Manage clienteling tools, internal app for retail teams, and ensure application maintenance for a strong user experience - Analyze client data to provide insights and recommendations in line with marketing and CRM strategy - Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, targeting and orchestrating client communication across all touchpoints - Act as lead data steward to review and validate database accuracy and maintenance - Drive database growth and improve data integrations across touchpoints - Provide training, communications, and reports to enhance data capture opportunities with the retail team - Maintain data integrity and provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant Data/CRM roles, preferably in the Digital/CRM agency - Experience in salesforce.com technology, especially in Marketing Cloud module, is a plus - Proficiency in communication targeting, channel orchestration, and CRM lifecycle design - Ability to contribute to brand equity through campaign communications - Strong analytical skills and capability to display factual data analysis results on CRM campaigns - Flexibility, positive mindset, and agility to adapt to changes Chanel is committed to creating a conducive working environment where individuals can perform at their best, grow, and feel included.
