CRM Cum Front Desk Executive

Role Overview: As a CRM/Admin, your primary responsibility will be to efficiently manage customer queries, quotations, purchase orders, and coordination between various departments to ensure smooth delivery of goods. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining client relationships and generating new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Check emails and respond or forward them to the relevant department. - Coordinate with departments to resolve customer queries regarding delivery, complaints, and planning. - Send quotations and Performa invoices to customers on behalf of Marketing executives. - Scrutinize purchase orders received from customers for accuracy and completeness. - Ensure orders meet minimum order quantity requirements and obtain necessary approvals. - Collaborate with Accounts Department to process orders and invoices accurately. - Coordinate with Planning Department by providing necessary information for order processing. - Communicate with Logistics Department to update on dispatch of materials and coordinate with Accounts Department for customer updates. - Retain old clients and explore opportunities for new business development. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred. - Minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar role. - Proficiency in English and Hindi languages.
